control two actions for two diff dropdown boxs with a single submit button using jsp.

Hi All..,

How to control two actions for a single submit button, using two different dropdown boxs....i.e., by selecting 1st dropdown option, action shud call som page and same with othr dropdown option. but we shud also select the two options in the two dropdowns and submit. that means totally 3 types of selections shud happen and its action is controlled wid single submit.
This is using jsp.
