does any1 know wher 2 exactly place speech.properties file in JDK folder?
coz.......its compiling but while running it shows an exception of arrayoutofbound related to non availibilty of synthesizer.......

Hi,

I ran into the same problem. You have to put the file into the profile folder of the current user. This path equals to:

System.getProperty("user.home");

I see I'm 3 years too late with answering this haha, but I thought other people might search for the same solution.
