button is not getting disabled on onload event

we are on login page when we click submit button according to the role privilege the next page should have respective buttons which should be enabled example if role is moderator then on next page only buttons or links related to moderator privilege should be visible. Please help as soon as possible. Thank u


we tried a lot in onload event so very difficult to write all coding could u kindly suggest a solution for the problem
