Java Programs to Test Performance
hi everyone!
I am looking for source codes with the following characteristics:
- significant data processing (like fft or image processing algorithms)
- use of just a few classes and/or packages (it must not use awt or swing)
- code is not so big (200 lines of code at most)
- program is multithreaded (it is not necessary)
If anyone could help me, I would appreciate a lot.
Thanks.

What hourly rate are you offering?
Seriously, we're all volunteers answering questions for people. We don't give away code or create it for free.

hi Steve
I am sorry if I looked like someone trying to take advantage of the members of this forum.
I am involved in a bigger project and these Java programs are just part of it. I am sure that I would not have trouble with implementing some algorithms related to image processing or encryption, for example. But I am just trying to save time here. You may know that there are many sites with thousands upon thousands of source codes. I already looked for programs with the characteristics I mentioned before, but I wasn't successful. If anyone could point me any good resource or contribute somehow, it would be great.

I think that Google is still your best bet here. Either that or roll your own. Best of luck.

as noted
faster to come up with your own code, generally + it's like steve said but if you can narrow it to one issue and ask about that we have some Masters here who will likely dig in if they have the time.
Tiff is a mess in general, has great potential when one coder, with the needed skills, can write the code to drive whatever is being designed. Typical use case is that proprietary issues override workability.Plenty of IDE's for that.
Small, tight code is often sought after. Same issue as first.
