    Help for reading a doc file
    Hi...!
    I need to read a doc file and recognize the images and text and them separate them into 2 files.
    I can read a text file but I don't know how I should do that for doc file!!!!!!
    So please please help me.........!

    Ok, what you have tried so far on this. Show your attempt first here, so others will help you on it. At the time just think about how to open and read the file. Then think about the image/text detection.

    Take a look at Apache POI project. It is Java API To Access Microsoft Format Files.
    Try Controls4J - Advanced Swing Components.
