What Fubarable is getting at is that you made a statement, rather than asking a question. Also, your statement is so vague, we can't possibly know where it even came from.

If this chart is generated by Java code you wrote, we might be able to help...

Yes i have written some java code for generating charts at UI,but once in a while that shows this error that why i am not able to debug that.could u please help me out for what reasons that kinds of exception comes through java code.
