It might be just me, but I'm slightly annoyed by the fact that two of your posts here do not give any context whatsoever and you expect us to answer questions that are already explained in detail, even in the API itself.
Take a look at ArrayList in the Java API, it explains in detail what you have to do to make it synchronized.
Very short:
1) Wrap it with Collections.synchronizedList.
2) Use a Vector. The only difference between Vector and ArrayList is that Vector is synchronized.
