    Unhappy Web Page does not open in a new IE

    I have designed one new window using swing,when i enter the address in text field and clik on button it should open tat address.
    "The web page was opened successfully in IE."
    I faced some issue in windows, Web Page does not open in a new IE window/tab, if one or more IE windows are already open.
    Please help me to solve this issue.
