Ullman algorithm

I am looking for a Java or C implementation of Ullman algorithm ( cerm.unifi.it/EUcourse2001/Ionides.ppt slides 21 and 22).

Write it of your own effort, we will take questions and often write code in abundant amounts but we do not do straight-up supply side code work.
