Nicholas Jordan is on a distinguished road
HmacSHA256
Getting: "NoSuchAlgorithmException" on
Code:
// preliminary ... private static final java.lang.String ALGORITHM_NAME= new java.lang.String("HmacSHA256");// private java.security.MessageDigest HMAC_SHA256; HMAC_SHA256=java.security.MessageDigest.getInstance(ALGORITHM_NAME);
Going to 128 as that worked for crypto last time I was working on anything like this. Suggestions welcome. Any MD-1 or later is fine, this is prototyping and I need to ship something to explain how the design will work if contracted.

Customer is not even ready for ROT-13 as it stands, need to dust away some cobwebs.
