Cool Open source Blog framework
Is there any open source framework available for creating and hosting our own blog site. I know of MediaWiki which is a Wiki kind of site...Is there anything similar available for blogging.

And if its in Java then it would be great. I liked mediaWiki but its using PHP where I am not confortable. So a java based Wiki implementation would also be a great for me. Let me know your thoughts and suggestions.

Any pointers or help is apprecited.
