YourSQL-Online Database Administration Tool

Hi,
I want to start a project to create online database administration tool in JSP(JAVA) like PHPMyAdmin.
Which will be intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the Web. It should create and drop databases, create/drop/alter tables, delete/edit/add fields, execute any SQL statement, manage keys on fields, manage privileges,export data into various formats.

Any suggestion and recourse will be helpful, Thanks.
