Problems with Internet Explorer and SSL Java

I have a web site working on tomcat
The certification was generated with "keytool" and It is not certified by any official entity
It works but the problem that I found is that some flash presentation is not showed
If I execute it in Firefox, it works. but in IE6 or IE7 doesn't.

Are you sure that the problem is the certification?
maybe is a style.css subject
