getting started
Hi,
can anyone help me with getting started with a project.My project is an application Which when opened displays the names of employees,their projects in hand n the working hours they spend in a week.Every week it has to be updated.Can i use files or Database?How to use? how can i update those?

You have try something firs and ask questions where you stuck with. Fist try to figure out the clever design for the project. Then try to identify the way, the best way to start(like selecting file/database and more). Likewise move step by step.
