Too. Much. Source.

Short answer (not looking too close at your source), you need to:
1) Create a timer
2) On timer events, generate a random number 1 to 4.
3) Map those numbers to the cardinal directions and move the object.

Then the timer will go off again, and you can hit #2 again...
