While updating to the newest version of Java with Spybot and Spyware Doctor running, in the stage of copying new files in the installation, Spyware Doctor blocked a registry and file change and now the Java installation has stopped. I'm worried that if I turn my computer off and start again, that a preemptive cancellation might lose vital system files and Java files, but the installation isn't doing anything and that might be my only option. Is there any way to fix this?
