Pick a language that is reasonably popular and the one you love and get better at it. Most importantly sharpen your soft skills. What is the point of being a Java guru or a .Net guru, if you can't communicate with the business or translate business requirements into technical specs? What is the point in being Spring or Hibernate expert if you can't work as a team or collaboarte well with the other multi-disciplinary staff? So, learn to grow as a well balanced professional with both technical and soft skills.
