Ok, i got it....
It has a big disadvantage not only on having digital certificate....
the com folder....
You will be forced to embed all of your applets that connects database on a specific directory only(or else, you will add a 500+ kb in every directory that you are desired to put your applet class), and all classes that was linked from Driver class by your applet class will also be downloaded after every new page. (i don't know if the JRE will check first the cache if the classes are already downloaded or not)
