I've been wondering about this for awhile now.

Is there a way to have a window above a full-screened Java based program. without it exiting and going to regular size? (it's browser based/it runs in a browser)

Google isn't showing anything and I'm out of ideas.

Anyone know of a way? If not me and quite a few people just threw months of work out the window.

As far as i can tell the method they renders it, it sets it to on top, and whenever its not on top, it sets to normal size.
