Google to understand what psuedocode is and its purpose as well as its translation. Attempt to write the code given that you have the psuedocode and now that you've Googled it and understand its purpose. To be precise, the code you posted is not psuedocode in its fundamental sense, but rather some poorly written code. You'll know what I mean when you do a search on the topic.
