I checked it a little bit. As far as i see, it is already not solved completely by Sun engineers. So you seem to be unlucky on this. May be there will be a complete solution later.
Actually, these things happens on software world. My laptop comes with Vista and because of possible driver problems (it is a new laptop model) i had to use Vista. And while i am opening new folders, time to time, explorer crashed and the message box opened never disappears again until i restart. As far as i see, Microsoft did not develop a solution for this yet either. So i am hoping to have a solution in a future service pack.
